The story behind – On the threshold of a wide-ranging project

As the result of a newly union with the National Oilwell Varco Corporation, Nov Flexibles was on the threshold of an Oracle E-business Suite roll out and adaption to other central business systems. A wide-ranging project that required a strong orchestration, solid overview and the right organisational design, why the selected Project Manager sought competent support and consultancy regarding best practice and relevant tools to achieve a successful implementation.

Through ongoing support and consultancy Quorum Consulting helped to orchestra the project and clarify and solve risks as well as key issues. Furthermore Quorum contributed to establish and develop the important dialogue across stakeholders and supported the managerial dimension of the project.

The result – Mission completed

The result was a completed implementation project with only minor delays. The solution scope was adequate and included Project Management, SCM, production, sales and finance and integration to other key systems such as PLM and MES.
